4/19/25: Family day in the stunning Parque Nacional Cajas just outside Cuenca. Sebastian’s determination and stamina never ceases to amaze me. We summited and was even more amazed to see my five-year old Sofia decided to attempt the ~750 foot steep scramble to gain the ridge (with Meli chasing her). Ended up making it into a big 10 mile loop with a wee bit of bushwhacking. Topped off with some fresh hot chocolate & a dip in the hot springs. Great day.
