13-16 / Ruta Integral del Pichincha

6/1/25: Joined nine friends for this classic four summit route just outside Quito. Still amazing how isolated you can feel here in the páramo - just an hour or so from downtown Quito.

No views on any summit this day - nothing but clouds and rain showers.

Summits: Guagua Pichincha (15,696'), Padre Encantado (14,829'), Ladrillos (15,148'), Rucu Pichincha (15,413')
